Some of the Black Hat Conference activities that you can do to earn points include:
The way the game works is very simple. Each SpurGo® task is allotted a points value. There are some tasks with fixed points, some repeatable tasks, and some tasks with points values that decrease over time and as other players complete tasks. You accumulate points as you complete each task, and the quicker you submit your task completion proof in the game, the more points you earn.
Verify that you can sign in. Your SpurGo ID is firstname.lastname (the name you used to register for this event, i.e. john.smith) and your default password is Password1.
Important: To make the game fair for everyone, the Trend Micro Black Hat Challenge and tasks may not be visible until the Trend Micro Reception starts on Tuesday, July 25th at 6:00 p.m. If you did not register for the Trend Micro reception, Select the SpurGo “Register” option and set up your SpurGo credentials from there, selecting the Trend Micro event from the event drop down to join the challenge.
